2. Service Limitations
- All standard services are performed remotely unless otherwise agreed.
- We cannot control issues caused by hardware failure, internet outages, or third-party software defects.
- We cannot guarantee full resolution in every case, though we will make reasonable efforts.
3. Payments
- Payments are handled through third-party providers such as PayPal and CashApp, or card via supported platforms.
- Once a support session begins, payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Scheduling
- Bookings are handled online via scheduling tools such as Calendly.
- Sessions may be rescheduled with reasonable notice, subject to availability.
5. Remote Access
- You may be asked to install secure remote access software (for example, AnyDesk or TeamViewer).
- You retain control during the session and may disconnect at any time.
- We will not access personal files without your permission.
6. Liability
PrimeTech Support is not liable for:
- Pre-existing issues such as prior malware, hardware damage, or failing components.
- Loss of data where no proper backup existed prior to the session.
- Third-party software or service outages beyond our control.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
